Cold-Pressed Safflower Oil (Kardi) – Wood-Pressed & Unrefined

When it comes to safflower oil, purity and gentle extraction make all the difference. We use carefully selected, single-origin safflower seeds (Carthamus tinctorius), naturally rich in unsaturated fats, including linoleic acid (Omega-6). Pressed slowly in small batches using a traditional wooden ghani at temperatures below 60°C, our oil is extracted without solvents to preserve its natural qualities, light texture and delicate flavour.

Nothing is refined, bleached or deodorised, and no preservatives are added. Naturally rich in polyunsaturated fats (PUFA) and vitamin E, safflower oil is a versatile choice for everyday cooking, sautéing and salad dressings.
